PUBLIC WORKS NOTICE – BUILDING PERMITS

The Town of Center Public Works Department would like to remind residents and contractors of the following permit requirements:
Permit Application Fee
- All permit applications require a $50 application fee.
- The application fee is non-refundable and is required whether the permit is approved or denied.
- Additional permit fees may apply depending on the scope and value of the work being performed.
Permit Processing Time
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for permit applications to be reviewed and processed.
- Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the need for additional information or inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation and encourage residents to contact the Public Works Department with any questions regarding permit requirements before beginning any construction or improvement project.
